Linden is an experienced group fitness instructor who teaches yoga and pilates at McLeod Health and Fitness Center in Florence, SC and workplace fitness classes at the Department of Employment and Workforce in Columbia, SC. As a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, a BalancedBody Certified Pilates Instructor, and a USATF Safe Sport Certified Coach, Linden is prepared to support fitness goals across all movement modalities. She is also the proud mother of three kids, who are her primary motivation to embrace functional fitness for strength and mobility.
